THE NEW PLASTER MASTER
Completely renovated and brought to today’s demands. The sophisticated design with numerous thoughtful details makes almost all common treatments possible. Thanks to the new construction the total length was significantly reduced and there is plenty of legroom. All handgrips are easy to reach but do not stick out.
The particularly sturdy frame is durable epoxy coated and equipped with “heavy duty” hinges. During treatment the table rests on its 4 feet which guarantees the greatest possible stability. With one press on the bracket the central wheel-lift system is activated and the table becomes mobile. There is a choice of castors with a diameter of 75 or 125 mm. The leg caps are individually adjustable and equipped with an anti-slip layer.
Dimensions: the table is equipped with 75 mm castorsand the lowerst position is 61 cm. The total length of the table with the leg sections folded down is only 165 cm incl. the monkey pole! With the leg sections in horizontal position it is 212 cm. The width of the table is 64 cm. The sections of the upper body parts can be adjusted in height for 30 cm by a separate electric actuator.
The monkey pole is mounted to the upper frame and moves up or down together with the table; the distance between the upper frame and handgrips will always remain constant. The depth and width of the monkey pole are adjustable. The handgrips feature a functional inertia reel and easily removed by the safe one-touch quick-lock system. If required, a paper roll holder can be mounted on the monkey pole.
The electric actuators are extremely reliable and can also easily lift heavier patients. The actuators for the general high-low mode and the backrest are of the so-called “High Speed” type. This means the table can be adjusted in the required position very quickly.
The lower- and upper-leg sections can be adjusted over a wide range by gasspring. The sturdy control handles this are ergonomically mounted under the table. Both sections can easily be extended as required with convenient plug-in footsupports. By extending the length of the upper-leg section one can create enough space for plastering with a hanging leg. These supports can be hung on the monkey pole when not in use.
The table is equipped with full length stainless steel fixation rail on both sides. The backrest is electrical adjustable up to about 85 °. The large seat cushion is easily removable and feature a comfortable polyether filling. There are several attractive upholstery colors. A combination of different colors also belongs to the possibilities.
There are several supports available which can be used in combination with the radial clamps with quikc release. These upper arm and knee supports are made of PU and therefore very easy to clean. The optional traction device is adjustable in three dimensions and is very accurate. The Chinese fingers can easily be hooked.
The available new baby /infant pelvis support of polycarbonate is very user-friendly (upon request) Off course the traditional pelvic support is also available, easy to assemble and adjustable over a great distance. The optional corset belt is easy to apply. On one side its mounting point is integrated in the monkey pole, on the other side the belt and its tensioner can simply be inserted into the appropriate tube. The tensioning device is protected against sudden release by a one-touch quick-lock system.
All options are available separately. Because these are less frequently, 1 set is often sufficient for multiple tables.
In short, this New Plaster Master is a “must” for your plaster room!!!!
