The Optimus Kombi is equipped with an extra motor under the middle-section. Due to this motor, it is possible to have the patient in sitting-position tilting slightly backwards. In addition, this makes it possible to position the table in Trendelenburg and Anti-Trendelenburg. The head-section and back-sectionare are both adjustable by means of a gasspring. Due to the cut-out in the middle section and the included legsupports or stir-ups the table is ideal for gynecological procedures.
